Job Description

Our client, a supportive and forward thinking, professional and well-known company based in Mascot and are looking for a Sales Support Administrator for a 12 month contract.  This is an exciting opportunity, providing sales and administrative support to a friendly team of Account Managers. This role requires a reliable, honest and focused professional who thrives in a challenging environment. 

About the Role

 General duties include:
  • Providing administration support to a team of Account Managers
  • Managing attention to detail in contracts
  • Analysing data and reports
  • Updating/maintaining the database accurately and liaising with internal staff over the phone and email
About you

Successful candidates will have:
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Great attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A professional and positive attitude and willingness to learn

This will initially be a 12 Month Contract contract with a possibility of extension for the right candidate offering a salary of $50k plus Super.
