Regular Giving Specialist


This international organisation raises funds for work across Australia and around the world.

  • Manage and develop the Regular Giving program
  • Based in North Sydney with work/home flexibility  
Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, you will oversee the Regular Giving program looking at the development of both Acquisition and Retention strategies. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and develop the regular giving program and strategies
  • Work with recommendations to develop the donor journey and donor communication plans
  • Develop innovate strategies across acquisition and retention
  • Look at new ways to strengthen and grow the program through strategies across multiple channels including, online, direct mail, telemarketing, and digital
  • Develop, implement, and monitor conversion, upgrades, declines, and reactivation
  • Create communications for regular giving campaigns and liaise with agencies where appropriate
  • Work with a data analyst to segment and extract data for phone, mail, online and SMS campaigns
  • Monitor and report on ongoing campaigns
  • Analyse the effectiveness of activities and suggest recommendations to improve future campaigns in the areas of acquisition, upgrade, conversion and attrition
  • Support in the preparation of the regular giving budget
  • Monitor budgets monthly and forecast income and expenditure
  
Skills & Attributes
  • A background in regular giving
  • Understanding of best practice strategies for regular giving
  • Experience working on multi-channel campaigns
  • Creative and innovative with strong attention to detail and an adaptable approach
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • High level communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience working with CRMs
  • An ability to work with data to identify common trends and ‘giving’ patterns
  • Be a team player with the ability to collaborate
