About the Role
You will recruit Health & Social Care workers into the Not-for-Profit sector by establishing new business partnerships and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This will involve proactively building relationships with lapsed and new clients as well as developing talent pools of Carers, Support Workers, Case Managers, Nursing and Allied Health professionals.
Leveraging our intuitive technology platform, coupled with your creativity, you will advertise and source high calibre talent whilst concurrently cultivating business development opportunities for a pipeline of work. A savvy approach to social networking to showcase great content will see you quickly build a superior brand in the sector. This is a growing sector, and the opportunities are endless!
About You
Previous agency or in-house recruitment experience
Knowledge of the Health and/or Social Care sector is an advantage but not essential
A confidence that self-belief, good judgement, consistent activity and personal drive will achieve desired results
Customer centricity, ambition and tenacity
Motivated by the desire to succeed, with a sense of purpose
Team orientation and well-developed communication skills
