ABOUT THE ROLE

The CX Team (Customer Experience) is looking for forward thinking and ambitious people to join a flourishing and thriving business area.


This role will be responsible for managing, growing and developing a business of 100+ temp workers, growing out existing clients, leveraging Beaumont’s reach, initiatives, and brand to develop new partnerships.

As a CX Recruitment Specialist you will partner with clients to engage the best talent across all Customer Experience fields from Sales and Marketing, to Customer Service and E-Commerce.
  
You will take ownership and accountability of a well-established, existing client and candidate base that incorporates several large key PSA accounts, as well as many repeat clients in the SMB space. Working alongside a team of industry experts and experienced recruiters you will become an integral part of the teams strategic initiatives and daily operations.

Technology is something you have a good understanding of, CRMs, database management, searching tools, video tools. You would describe yourself as the kind of person who sees the best in others and although you have strong opinions and values, you also possess a growth mindset and are perspective seeking by nature.
