I have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join a 6-month assignment with a reputable higher education provider. You must be a process driven individual with proven experience and understanding of a 360 recruitment role:

Sydney CBD location, working from home flexibility
$50p/h + super
Immediate start for the right candidate

On a daily basis you will be meeting with internal hiring managers to take detailed job briefs and ensure that all position descriptions are valid and accurate to the role. From here you will be required to write job advertisements, screen, shortlist to the hiring manager and partner with them through the interview process. You will then be managing the exciting part of the recruitment process - coordinating the offer process and on-boarding the new recruit.

The successful candidate will have previous 360 degree recruitment experience and have a strong Recruitment background. You will be a natural relationship builder, value the importance of the candidate experience and can hit the ground running.
