Job Description

Highly innovative and collaborative Financial Services organisation seeking an amazing Receptionist/Administration Assistant to work on a team of administrators who support the broader team. Based in the CBD for an initial 6 month fixed term contract with full intention to go permanent, working Monday - Friday, 8.45 AM - 5.15 PM.

Our client is looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administration Assistant, a candidate who is the face of their current company, you will be very well presented, smart, professional with a proactive and productive mind. 

You will be a team player with strong customer service skills who will stay calm in high pressure. You will network effectively and be comfortable dealing with colleagues of all levels.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting all customers and organising security passes
  • Booking travel arrangements for the team
  • Coordinating of all meeting rooms and catering needs 
  • Ability to work in a job share environment where you share the responsibilities of the office across a team of 3
