Job Description

  • Receptionist needed with prior experience within hotels, accommodation or hospitality experience
  • 8 week assignment with the chance of extension
  • Immediate start for the right candidate
Our Client is seeking a skilled Receptionist who is able to juggle multiple tasks at once whilst remaining the vision of professionalism and providing excellent customer service.   
General duties include
  • Meet and greet guests
  • Answer general queries
  • Take telephone enquiries
  • Walk guests to rooms
  • Prepare welcome packs
  • Cut keys (will be shown how)
  • Enter registrations
  • Check rooms (check list provided)
  • Update room status sheet
  • Source products
  • Direct guests
Successful candidates will have:
  • Hospitality/Customer experience preferred
  • Good professional phone manner
  • Organised, good and time management/diary management
  • Well presented - will be dealing with guests
  • Good common sense and proactive
  • Bright bubbly personality
