Job Description
- Receptionist needed with prior experience within hotels, accommodation or hospitality experience
- 8 week assignment with the chance of extension
- Immediate start for the right candidate
General duties include
- Meet and greet guests
- Answer general queries
- Take telephone enquiries
- Walk guests to rooms
- Prepare welcome packs
- Cut keys (will be shown how)
- Enter registrations
- Check rooms (check list provided)
- Update room status sheet
- Source products
- Direct guests
- Hospitality/Customer experience preferred
- Good professional phone manner
- Organised, good and time management/diary management
- Well presented - will be dealing with guests
- Good common sense and proactive
- Bright bubbly personality
