- Receptionist needed with prior experience within hotels or accomodation services
- 6 month contract based close to public transport and links
- Immediate start for the right candidate
General duties include:
- Meet and greet all visitors
- Maintaining responsibility for receiving incoming phone calls and having excellent customer service skills
- Managing room bookings
- Provide support to management
- Previous office support experience
- Has previous experience working within a hotel or accomodation services
- Excellent communication skills & telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and the ability to multi task and prioritise
- An enthusiastic nature and willingness to learn
- A professional attitude and be well presented
- Intermediate to advanced Computer Skills (MS Office, database
