Do you have experience of working in Hotels or Accommodation services and are you looking to work Monday to Friday?


  • Receptionist needed with prior experience within hotels or accommodation services
  • 6 month contract
  • Based in Sydney CBD
  • Immediate Start
  • Work Monday-Friday! 

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Client is seeking a skilled Receptionist who is able to juggle multiple tasks at once whilst remaining the vision of professionalism and providing excellent customer service.    


General duties include
  • Meet and greet all visitors   
  • Maintaining responsibility for receiving incoming phone calls and having excellent customer service skills 
  • Managing room bookings
  • Provide support to management 

ABOUT YOU


Successful candidates will have:

  • Previous office support experience
  • Previous experience working within a hotel or accommodation services Excellent communication skills & telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and the ability to multi task and prioritise
  • An enthusiastic nature and willingness to learn
  • A professional attitude and be well presented
  • Intermediate to advanced Computer Skills
