Temporary Ongoing Position
Mon-Friday 9am-5pm
Paying $28/hour + Super
Immediate Start – Tuesday 9th April 2019
Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will be managing a busy reception desk.
The role:
- Meeting & greeting visitors to the building
- Manage a busy switchboard and direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Managing email correspondence
- Updating and maintaining the inhouse database
- Administration duties as requested by management
- Update records and filing system
- Work effectively with other team members
- Ordering stationary and amenities
- Sort incoming and outgoing post
- Additional ad hoc duties as requested
The ideal candidate
- Is an experienced receptionist
- Strong communication skills both in person and on the phone
- Has a professional and friendly personality
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Must be available for an immediate start
- Must be willing to commit to the temporary position
