Job Description

Are you a Receptionist who would love to work in this patient facing role in a medical practice in the Inner West?  We are currently seeking a permanent Receptionist for one of our clients who is a vibrant and friendly hospital in the Inner West.  This role is Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM and there is also free parking on-site!

They are looking a Receptionist who is great with customer service and who can serve as the front line Reception to all of their patients.  The idea candidate must have a friendly courteous nature, mature attitude and committed to providing continuity of care to patients.

This is a full-time position, working Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM and is paying between $55K + Super.

Essential Criteria:
  • Customer Service or Reception experience 
  • Experience in MS Office (Microsoft Word & Outlook)
  • High level organisational skills
  • High level customer service skills
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • An excellent phone manner
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
