Job Description

Located in the Inner West of Sydney, this Medical practice is a vibrant and friendly environment with easy public transport access for commuting.  There is also free parking on-site!

They are looking for someone with great customer service who can serve as the front line Reception to all of their patients.  The idea candidate must have a friendly courteous nature, mature attitude and committed to providing continuity of care to patients.

This is a full-time position, working Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM and is paying between $50 - $55K + Super, negotiable based on experience.


Essential Criteria:
  • Customer Service or Reception experience 
  • Medical terminology and typing preferred
  • Experience in Windows (Microsoft Word & Outlook)
  • High level organisational skills
  • High level customer service skills
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • An excellent phone manner
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
