  • Based in Paramatta close to public transport
  • Paying $100,000 – $105,000 + Super
Join a leading higher education organisation as the Quality and Compliance Manager. Here you will ensure that business units are compliant and provide advice and manage all college governance processes.
Responsibilities in this role will include:
  • Provide day to day operational services in maintaining the quality and compliance requirements of the College
  • Manage compliance with regulatory frameworks, and Higher Education Standard
  • Manage all quality assurance processes within the College and liaise with relevant authorities to facilitate compliance aspects of the Colleges operations
  • Ensure timely reporting to legislative bodies including the Department of Education, and TEQSA
  • Monitor and provide updates on government changes to the higher education environment that will impact the College
  To be successful in this role it is essential that you have:
  • Experience reporting to agencies including the Tertiary Education Quality Standards Agency (TEQSA), and ESOS
  • Proven experience and success in a similar role in compliance management across a Higher Education environment
  • Excellent written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to prepare material such as Higher Education accreditation reports
  • Experience in continuous improvement of process and procedures
  • Experience in preparing in external higher education regulatory audits
