Job Description

Beaumont People are currently seeking a temporary candidate to manage an international team through effective stakeholder engagement and strategic leadership.

This position is an immediate start role based in Sydney's Inner West

Main Duties- 
  • Lead a team in continuously enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our client’s programs, partnerships and operations.
  • Drive the development, implementation and analysis of the current strategy in place in order to ensure that programs meet their specified objectives and  relationships with stakeholders and local partners are strengthened.
  • Provide agency leadership with evidence-based recommendations on key initiatives to maximise the effectiveness of programs and program expenditure.
  • Seek new resources and opportunities for the specific program and partners, in collaboration with other groups responsible for business and partnership development.
  • Oversee the development and tracking of the group’s budget.
  • Managing a decentralised and geographically dispersed team.
  • Guiding the program consolidation process and phase out of programs.
  • Strengthening the capacity of staff and partners to design, implement, monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of programs.
To be considered for this role, it is important that you have: 
  • Previous experience in a similar project management role ideally international development  
  • Be available immediately for 2-4 months
  • A proven track record in delivering excellent and sustainable results
  • Have well developed computer literacy, skills in the Microsoft Office suite and internet
  • Well-developed strategic analysis and reporting skills
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage complex partnerships and problem solve.
