- All paper based documents that are essential to training need to be digitally available on USB
- Coordinate for all files that have been moved on to USB's be delivered and password protected
- Liaise with outsourced companies to ensure an easy transition across.
- Have experience in project coordination
- Be enthusiastic, driven and a team player
- Be approachable, patient and enjoy problem solving
- Confident communicator and good written skills
- Have strong IT skills - Microsoft office suite -excel, word, outlook and power point
- Be organised, be able to prioritise your workload and have good attention to detail
