Job Description
Our client is an established NFP association looking for a personal assistant, to assistant the Manager of Admin Services from November through to the end of January. Please note you must be able to work up until Friday 21st of December and start again on Wednesday 2nd of January.
About the role:
- Provide administrative assistance to the Manager
- Assist in the formation of meetings
- Participate in the organisation of social activities
- Arrange travel and accommodation for delegates
- High level organisational skills
- High level processing skills
- Knowledge and experience in general office software (Excel and PowerPoint)
