Beaumont People are currently partnering with a high performing and change management centric People and Culture team of NSW Government. This job will work with leadership teams to manage complex issues, improve employee experience and plan for the workforce of the future. Driving People and Culture Strategy across a mixed portfolio of business units. They are initially looking for someone to contract on a consultancy basis for 3 months with longer term opportunities on offer.
As the People and Culture Strategy Lead you will report to the Director – People and Culture, providing highly organised strategic advice, sharing knowledge and best practice across the broader HR team. You will partner with Senior Leadership Teams to manage complex issues, improve employee experience and drive workforce planning and culture strategies.
As an influential HR leader you will be a self-motivated high achiever, with experience in guiding and mentoring a team of HR professionals to support the effective management of people, program implementation, coaching of leaders, and evaluation and improvement of key workforce processes and plans. You have the ability to and enjoy partnering with senior leaders and decision makers to influence positive outcomes across multiple divisions, projects and teams, developing, implementing and delivering innovative people strategies across complex environments.
