Key responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the development and execution of the HR strategy and business plan
- Coach, guide and develop teams in relation to people-related practices and procedures
- Manage the implementation of HR programs
- Development of capability frameworks, remuneration and benefit programs
- Active staff engagement working across all levels
- Be pragmatic, passionate and a high-energy individual who is representative of the company values and serves as a mentor to other staff members
- Ensuring compliance to procedures and applicable employment law
- Generalist HR knowledge and experience across multiple disciplines, with an emphasis on organisational development
- Knowledge of best practice, but an ability to "make the role your own"
- Common sense approach to Human Resources
- Solid systems skills, including Microsoft office and HRIS
- Ability to translate business requirements to practical HR initiatives
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills, ability to engage at all levels and build trust and credibility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver to a high standard
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Outstanding attention to detail
