Job Description

Part-time Administrative role
  • Based in the CBD close to public transport links
  • Part-time (3 days a week)

Looking for a strong administrator to help support the HR team for an education provider in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have;
  • Able to use systems for entering and finding data (preferred knowledge of HRIS or Oracle)
  • Accurate and fast data entry and the common sense to know when data is incorrect
  • Able to pick up processes with many steps easily
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude to jump in and help in other sectors of the company
  • The ability to handle high volume of repetitive tasks
This individual would need to have;
  • Unrestricted working hours
  • A positive attitude towards work
  • Be hardworking and self-motivating
  • Be able to work as a team and autonomously where required
  • Strong attention to detail
This contract will require 3 days a week of working, must work Thursday and Fridays, and the other day is negotiable. The contract will go through to early 2019 with the chance of extending past 6 months.
