Job Description

Beaumont People are working with our client to recruit their newly created role of Office Manager/Receptionist.  This is a fantastic role for someone who has worked in a busy Office Manager role with a diverse team.  If you thrive in a busy, fast paced, innovative and progressive organisation this is the right role for you.

The responsibilities of this role will include:
  • Being the first point of contact for all customer enquiries both in person and on the phone
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Property Management Team
  • Oversee, identify and implement systems and process improvements
  • Provide team support and management
  • Managing customer complaints, enquiries and outcomes
  • Update and maintain their CRM system
  • Ensure that all advertising is consistent with the brand, coordinate marketing schedules and relevant building inspections
  • Organise Team meetings, agendas and follow up action items
  • Client relationship management
  • Keeping aware of legislative changes and ensuring that the team are informed and updated
  • EA support to the MD and senior sales staff
  • Providing a high level of customer service both written and verbal
  • PA support to the owners
  • Manage client follow up and allocate to the appropriate team
To be successful in this role you will need:
  • Previous experience and success in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
  • Previous Real Estate experience would be highly regarded
  • To be goal orientated, motivated, driven and able to motivate others
  • Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills
  • To be systems and task orientated
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Work well under pressure
  • To be motivated to really make this role your own
