Job Description

This fast-growing, family owned construction specialist has an immediate requirement for an Office Administrator, with a strong focus on Financial Administration.  The ideal candidate must have experience with MYOB
  
The position is permanent and is based in a small, friendly office with local neighbourhood parking available.
  
Responsibilities include:
  
  • Answering telephone enquiries
  • Banking and accounts payable
  • Ordering office and construction supplies
  • Accurate records of income and expenditure
  • Liaising with contractors and sub-contractors
  • Data entry
  
The successful candidate will have:
  
  • Previous experience in accounts and administration
  • Prior experience with MYOB or other accounting software
  • Exposure to Microsoft package
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
