The position is permanent and is based in a small, friendly office with local neighbourhood parking available.
- Answering telephone enquiries
- Banking and accounts payable
- Ordering office and construction supplies
- Accurate records of income and expenditure
- Liaising with contractors and sub-contractors
- Data entry
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in accounts and administration
- Prior experience with MYOB or other accounting software
- Exposure to Microsoft package
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
