Administrator/Personal Assistant

Our client is a well-established Charity located in central North Sydney, who are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Administrator and Personal Assistant. You will be responsible for providing ongoing administrative support as a Personal Assistant and take responsibility of the office administration. This role will be varied and you will be interacting with a variety of people on a daily basis. 
  
Responsibilities of the role
  • To be the first point of call for phone enquiries and drafting correspondence 
  • To Communicate and create correspondence with members of the organisation
  • Coordinating meetings, events and travel for the management team
  • Assisting in the preparation and distribution of the Board meeting agenda
  • Preparing the agenda for management meetings and minute-taking
  • To providing administrative support to members
  • To preparing expenses for the management team
  • Coding of invoices, raising purchase orders and filing
To be successful you will:
  • Be enthusiastic, driven and a team player
  • Be a confident communicator - have a clear phone manner and excellent written skills
  • Enjoy building relationships and going above and beyond
  • Have strong IT skills - Microsoft office suite -excel, word, outlook and power point
  • Be organised, be able to prioritise your workload and have high attention to detail
  • Have an interest in the Not for Profit sector (previous voluntary work advantageous)
  • Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills - please be advised that testing will be required
