About the role
The Marketing Executive will help develop and implement the marketing activities of Australian and international campaigns run on this peer-to-peer fundraising platform. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be their right hand; this role will be client-facing (with international clients, this may include international travel in the future).
Key Responsibilities
Work with key clients by creating, managing, and implementing marketing activities for campaigns run on the fundraising platform
Along with the Managing Director, be client facing and contribute to overall client strategy
Develop social media content plans; to promote campaign objectives, highlight stories, support participants, and communicate the charitable work of the client
Manage social media platforms including digital advertising and community management
Keep website content current for the campaigns, including messaging, building landing pages, ensuring creative is up-to-date
Develop post-campaign analysis, identifying key learnings and providing recommendations
Execute the email communications journey with accuracy and according to the schedule, provide regular reporting on all eDMs and automated campaigns, detail key learnings and recommendations for future email campaigns
Drive the organisations’ online presence by implementing strategies and schedules for advertising, communications, conferences, promotions, and presentations
Skills & Attributes
You will be customer service oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail. You will have a can-do attitude and also possess:
Qualifications in a related field (Marketing, Communications)
Experience working with Campaign Monitor or Mailchimp
Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns, as well as planning and executing eDM campaigns as well as digital advertising experience
Top level copywriting, content creation skills
Excellent and written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills – some out of hours work may be required as you work across time zones
