About the Role

This position has been created to oversee the daily operations of two Sydney campuses. This person will report into the Director of Student Services and Campus Operations and will be responsible for ensuring a well organised structure for teaching and engagement of staff to achieve student retention and academic success. 

  • Management of 4 Direct reports 
  • Oversee the day to day operations of the Sydney Campuses
  • Direct management of the timetabling and rostering of academic staff
  • Ensure that the day to day teaching requirements are scheduled appropriately
  • Ensure that the students have an excellent student experience
  • Promote a positive, collaborative culture amongst the campus staff
  • Liaise with the academic manager for updates on teaching staff availability
  • Manage the enrolment process in Sydney in terms of logistics and procedure
  • Work with IT Staff in both Sydney and Melbourne to ensure their daily tasks are being followed
  • Ensure building and maintenance facilities at Sydney campuses are maintained and managed
  • Develop strategy and hold accountability for systems and processes
Skills & Experience 
  • Previous experience of working within the Education Sector in a leadership capacity
  • Experience of timetable management within a education provider
  • Proven experience providing excellent service to students, staff and business partners
  • Ability to prioritise competing demands
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
