Job Description

Beaumont People are proud to be working with ZEP Finance to recruit their Loan Administrator.  Located in their beachfront Lennox Head office, this role would suit someone who has experience working in a similar role or within a finance or accounting team.

ZEP Finance are a finance broking company, servicing our local area and as far north as Brisbane.  They are also available to clients Australia wide as they focus on convenience and flexibility having appointments available at customers’ homes, their beachfront office, over the phone and via Skype.  They specialise in investment lending strategies as well as a full range of home lending services, also offering personal loans, asset & equipment finance and business loans

Position Objectives:
Requesting and compiling information from various resources, preparing reports, data entry, answering phone calls, and handling client correspondence. The most essential function is to maintain strong relationships with existing as well as prospective clients

Responsibilities:
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a team support role ideally within a busy loan or finance department
  • Experience analysing complex financial information
  • Strong attention to detail and task orientated
  • Ability to build rapport with people at all levels across the business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience creating and preparing loan applications and compliance documents
  • Intermediate level MS Word and Excel skills, including experience with a CRM
  • The capacity to work effectively as part of the team with limited supervision.
  • The ability to multi task and work to strict deadlines
  Desired, but not essential:
  • Experience working within the Finance Industry
  • Experience working with Mercury
  • Experience working with Apply Online
  • Intermediate level MS Office skills
  • Cert IV in Financial Services or similar
