This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Sales Manager to join a high performing and energetic team, based in brand new offices in the Sydney CBD.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities through interaction with key clients, with a focus on consultative sales.
- Develop new client relationships through active outbound calls
- Providing relevant market updates and comparisons
- Demonstrate the ability to sell across all business sectors and identify new sectors
- Handle client objections consistently and considerately
- Promote the best interest of the business through strong interpersonal skills
- Work autonomously when required to ensure best results
- Recognise driving factors within foreign exchange and converse these to prospects and clients
- Able to demonstrate strong communication skills through building mutually beneficial relationships both internally and externally
- Commercially focused and resourceful
- Consistently seeking new knowledge and capabilities that will enhance team capability
- Proactively engages in team strategy and group training
- Possessing a strong interest in the financial sector
- Ideally coming from a foreign exchange background, however this is not essential
