On a daily basis you will be meeting with internal hiring managers to take detailed job briefs and ensure that all position descriptions are valid and accurate to the role. From here you will be required to write job advertisements, screen, shortlist to the hiring manager and partner with them through the interview process. You will then be managing the exciting part of the recruitment process - coordinating the offer process and on-boarding the new recruit.
The successful candidate will have previous 360 degree recruitment experience and have a strong Internal Recruitment background. You will be a natural relationship builder, value the importance of the candidate experience and can hit the ground running.
If you have at least 3-5 years of recruitment experience, mainly internally and happy to take on this challenge for the next 6 months please throw your hat in the ring and APPLY IMMEDIATELY!
