Job Description

  • Human Resources Officer
  • Immediate Start 8-10 week temporary assignment
  • Located in the inner west 
Duties of the role:
  • Provide advice, guidance and support to internal client groups on HR policy & procedures
  • Manage the end to end recruitment for a variety of roles including sourcing candidates from adverts and telephone screening
  • Generate employment contracts and variation letters 
  • Manage new starter on-boarding process, including ensuring the completion of required documentation, police checks, checking of credentials and liaising with managers to ensure requirements are met.
  • Auditing personnel files
  • Adhoc HR admin projects
Candidates being considered for this role will:
  • Have experience within a similar position in HR, recruiting or resourcing
  • Be immediately available
  • Have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A warm, friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in people
