Human Resources Manager
- $80-$90k + super
- Full time, permanent, Sydney
- Based in the Inner West, and a close walk to the train station
As the HR Manager you will provide and deliver a wide range of excellent HR services to the organisation. The position is full-time and you will be reporting to the Director of Compliance and will work closely with senior staff.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- You will be managing the internal recruitment and selection process
- Be the first point of contact for all HR enquiries
- Coordinate and manage employment contracts, HR documentation and background checks
- Provide support to the senior staff with HR initiatives and programmes
- Establish and refine HR processes across the organisation
- You will manage all accident/incident reports and will organise all training accordingly
To be successful you will have:
- Proven success and experience in a HR Management role
- You will be able to demonstrate a collaborative approach to decision making and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisation and communication skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- To bring a mature positive attitude to the working environment and maintain loyalty and confidentiality within the organisation
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
