Job Description

Recruitment Project Lead
  • Immediate start for the right candidate 
  • Contract position to assist on internal HR projects until the end of September
  • Attractive salary paying $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
This HR team are looking for a key member of their Internal Recruitment team to assist in rolling out their new process for performance reviews and also develop and implement their new recruitment process and recruitment system. This will be under the direction of the HR Director. 


The role: 
  • Assist with the development of their current internal performance review process
  • Meet with internal stakeholders to develop the current performance reviews in place
  • Produce customer feedback forms and reviews
  • Assist in writing policy and procedure
  • Train internal stakeholders and implement new processes 
  • Assist with the implementation of the new internal recruitment system
  • Assist with other Adhoc projects

The ideal candidate will:
  • Have previous HR Generalist experience
  • Previous experience of working on recruitment projects internally
  • Experience of working with an internal recruitment system
  • Have a clear understanding of HR policies and conditions of employment
  • At least 3 years practical HR experience in a similar generalist position
  • Outcomes focused and strong experience in meeting deadlines and demands
  • Demonstrated experience displaying confidentiality and professionalism
