- Human Resources Coordinator - Contract until September 2018
- Immediate start for the right candidate - CBD location
- Paying $40.00 - $45.00 per hour + Super
The Role
The purpose of the position is to ensure that the HR operations are implemented efficiently across the organisation. You will provide support to the wider business including Payroll and the HR team.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- Provide administrative support to the wider HR team
- Update, implement and maintain HR manuals and processes
- Answer HR related queries from internal stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to the payroll function
- Process invoices
- Maintain employee HR files
- Technologically savvy with an intermediate - advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Have a clear understanding of HR policies and conditions of employment
- At least 3 years practical HR experience in a similar generalist position
- Outcomes focused and strong experience in meeting deadlines and demands
- Demonstrated experience displaying confidentiality and professionalism
