About the Role

As the HR Generalist you will assist in the project management of process improvement, analysis and reporting.

About the role

As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for:
  • Working with Chris 21 system to manage, analyse, report and cleanse HR data
  • Document analysis and management, using TRIM records management system
  • Creating and updating templates, policies and procedures to ensure relevancy and consistency
  • Support the HR Consultant in analysing risk, while recommending and implementing process improvements
About you

As the HR Generalist, it is essential that you have:
  • Experience and strong knowledge using CHRIS 21 system
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with insight across HR practices, procedures, and operations
  • Excellent attention to detail with the natural ability to problem solve
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
