* Paying up to $60 per hour, plus super

* Flexible work environment

* MUST have experience using CHRIS 21

* CBD location

*Temporary Role until the end of June, with possibility of extension

About the Role

As the Payroll/HR Analyst you will assist in the project management of process improvement, analysis and reporting.

About the role

As the HR Analyst, you will be responsible for:
  • Working with Chris 21 system to manage, analyse, report and cleanse HR data
  • Document analysis and management, using TRIM records management system
  • Creating and updating templates, policies and procedures to ensure relevancy and consistency
  • Support the HR Consultant in analysing risk, while recommending and implementing process improvements
About you

As the Payroll/HR Analyst, it is essential that you have: 
  • Experience and knowledge using CHRIS 21 system
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with insight across HR or Payroll practices, procedures, and operations
  • Excellent attention to detail with the natural ability to problem solve
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
