Job Description

Beaumont People are seeking candidates immediately available for a HR Administrator position based in the CBD. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience with managing and maintaining employee data
  • Supporting the P&C monthly reporting process
  • Experienced working with payroll setting up new starters, exits and changes of employee status etc.
  • Experience in administering employee contracts
  • Induction and Onboarding experience for new starters
  • Ability to coordinating diaries and training schedules for the organisation
  • Able to accurately manage all P&C related data
To be considered for this position, you:

Must be available for an immediate start
Have 2-3 years experience in HR/People and Culture positions
Available ongoing for up to 6 months
