Beaumont People are seeking candidates immediately available for a HR Administrator position based in the CBD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with managing and maintaining employee data
- Supporting the P&C monthly reporting process
- Experienced working with payroll setting up new starters, exits and changes of employee status etc.
- Experience in administering employee contracts
- Induction and Onboarding experience for new starters
- Ability to coordinating diaries and training schedules for the organisation
- Able to accurately manage all P&C related data
Must be available for an immediate start
Have 2-3 years experience in HR/People and Culture positions
Available ongoing for up to 6 months
