Job Description

Graphic Design (5-month temporary contract)
  • Located in the CBD close to public transport
  • Opportunity to work for a growing education provider in Sydney
  • 3 days a week flexible with working hours, $40/hr + super

The company is a global education provider that offers an extensive range of educational services. This position is responsible for the graphic design and production of collateral and materials in accordance with the brand identity.
This role is a 5-month temporary part-time contract working 3 days a week in the organisations CBD office. The hours are flexible across days.


  • Work in tandem with one other graphic designer whilst liaising with all relevant stakeholders, management, government services and marketing staff to design and deliver materials to support sales performance
  • Manage brand consistency and positioning across the business
  • Engage with promotional campaigns including; preparation of materials, liaising with marketing and design teams and dispatching artworks directly to suppliers
  • Create marketing collateral, have an in depth understanding of setting long copy documents and be comfortable using Style Sheets within Adobe InDesign
  • Marketing, administration and other duties
  • Helping with other administration and support activities as required
  • Formal or trade qualifications in design, particularly graphic design and can work in a Mac environment
  • In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite software, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Animate as well as Microsoft Suite
  • Have a positive and creative flare, great attention to detail, work to priorities and deadlines and display project management and organisational skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and as a team and help manage competing priorities
  • The ability to create static and animated HTML5 advertisements for digital campaign
  • Understand development, printing and electronic publishing processes
  • Have an overall positive attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in the education industry or in an agency environment
  • Experience in designing and dispatching large scale outdoor print advertising
  • Experience in implementing a rebrand for the company
  • Close to public transport links
  • Flexible working hours
