- 6 Month Temp Contract
- $33 - $38 per hour + super
THE ROLE
This role is providing support to the customer base by answering and following up phone calls and emails. This candidate will have a background in finance and extensive knowledge to provide answers and solutions to the customers.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in either Peoplesoft or SAP systems
- Experience in either accounts payable or accounts receivables
- Strong customer service and the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
- Incredibly organised with an excellent attention to detail
- Motivated with a positive attitude
- Help with all inquiries and log and accurately update all call information
- Provide diagnosis and assessments, troubleshooting and customer requests
- Solve diverse and unusual finance problems and escalate inquiries if necessary in a proactive manner
- Identify processes that are failing and identify opportunities for progress
- Co-operate with all health and safety policies and procedures of the company
- 6 month temp role with the chance of extension
