Job Description

Beaumont People are currently seeking a full-time Finance/Administration Assistant to support our Charity client based in North Sydney.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable activities
  • Reconciliations, invoicing, receipting, processing payments.
  • General banking of donations and inputting details into Salesforce
  • Processing of monthly donations 
  • Inputting data into the Salesforce CRM ensuring everything is recorded accurately 
  • Entering all supplier invoices into XERO for processing and payment
  • Supporting the Finance Manager where required with day to day financial activities 
  • 2 days a week administration support to the team.
Key skills required;
  • Applicable Finance or Accounting qualification/background or experience.
  • Knowledge of Xero is a must.
  • Microsoft Excel/Word intermediate or higher.
