Job Description

Two fantastic temporary opportunities immediately
available for Finance and Administration Assistants based in the CBD and Inner West locations

In these roles you will;
  • Support the Financial Services teams
  • Process invoices 
  • Calculate expenses 
  • Assist with payroll processing 
  • Process transactions   
  • Travel allowances
  • Bank reconciliations 
  • General ledger reconciliations
  • Ad hoc tasks to support Finance team members as required
To apply for this role it is essential that you have:
  • Proven experience with high attention to detail, high degree of accuracy, and good organisational skills
  • Experience with budgets
  • Good computer skills with intermediate proficiency using Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Demonstrated time management skills to manage work priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • XERO / MYOB experience (not essential but desired)
