This new team will comprise of door to door, phone based and digital sales channels. You will lead from the front to recruit, train, supervise and develop this new team to drive business success.

Yours Skills & Attributes:
- A self- starter with demonstrated experience managing door to door or face to face Direct Sales teams, maybe in Energy, Telco or Fundraising environments
- Ability to work on the ground & lead your team from the front
- Ability to manage your own attitude & emotions to create a positive & passionate team environment
- Demonstrated experience training rookie teams with a variety of sales techniques & tools
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic
