Job Description

  • Temporary opportunity for 5 weeks
  • Lismore, Northern NSW
  • Commence immediately

The Role

This role will see you directly supporting an executive level director and performing the following tasks:
  • Coordination of calendars, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Preparation of reports, presentations and programs.
  • Maintenance of the filing system.
  • Preparing correspondence and maintaining correspondence register.
  • Facilitating communication between teams via meetings with other Executive Assistants.
  • Agenda, report preparation and minute taking for committees as required.
  • Preparation and follow-up of action decisions from meetings.
  • Management of the Receptionist and roster
  • Ensure that Workplace Health and Safety is practiced in the workplace
About You
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and applications
  • Demonstrated excellence in time management
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of and highly developed skills in a range of Microsoft and Google applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member.
  • Working knowledge of WH&S and equity in employment and a demonstrated capacity to apply related principles and policies.
  • Experience with meeting processes including documenting minutes
