We currently have multiple temporary and permanent opportunities for experienced Executive Assistants across Sydney.
 
  
General duties include:
  • Executive support to the leadership team
  • Diary and email management
  • Meeting preparation and minutes
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Event management for schools managers
  • Formatting large documentation
  • Assisting with proposals and presentations
  • Credit card reconcilliation
As a successful candidate, you will have:
  • Previous experience in providing high level Executive Assistance to senior management
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work autonomously, think strategically, show initiative and take ownership of adhoc projects
  • A flexible approach to work and an ability to work under pressure
  • Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
