ABOUT THE ROLE
  
Working within a leading Education provider in the North Shore, this position will be supporting the Executive Dean. As the Executive Assistant, you will be providing efficient and effective high-level support to the Executive Dean and you will be the first point of contact for a range of matter, more specifically the role entails;

General duties include:
  • Diary management, preparation and drafting or correspondence, workflow of a wide range of approvals, management of multiple mailboxes and coordination of travel
  • Coordinate a range of processes to facilitate efficient and effective Faculty business events to ensure compliance with requirements
  • Maintaining effective and apt communication between the Office of the Executive Dean and a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Proactively managing numerous timelines ensuring appropriate responses to requests for information for and from the Executive Dean
  • Reviewing documentation and reports and analysing data to prepare a wide range of documentation

As a successful candidate, you will have:
  • A degree of subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • Proven experience supporting an Executive
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • High level organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing priorities in a high-pressure environment
  • High level computer literacy and sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including the capacity to use databases and corporate systems
