Executive Assistant
  • Excellent Opportunity to support three busy senior managers
  • Located in the Inner West, with free parking on-site and close to shops and restaurants
  • Paying $70,000 - $80,000 package
Great opportunity for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to three busy senior managers in the advisory industry. This Executive Assistant will manage diary, email and travel arrangements as well as support the broader team.  This Executive Assistant will also play an integral part in contributing to the overall culture of the business. 

General duties include:
  • Executive support to three senior managers
  • Diary and email management
  • Producing presentations and reports of a general and confidential nature
  • Organise and attend weekly staff meetings
  • Coordinate functions and key speakers 
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Helping assist with Office Management duties, such as kitchen maintenance and stocking supplies
As a successful candidate, you will have:
  • Experience in providing high level Executive Assistance to senior management but happy to work in a small team environment (office has 15 staff)
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work autonomously, think strategically, show initiative and take ownership of adhoc projects
  • A flexible approach to work and an ability to work under pressure
