- Experienced EA Needed for 1 to 3 Month Temp Role

- $40 - $45 p/h + super
This respected, education organisation, based in the CBD is seeking an experienced EA. Initially for 1 month with the potential to extend, the successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Manager. They will proactively manage the day to day activities of the Manager and manage the wider department while also contributing to the overall culture of the department with a can-do and professional attitude.
DUTIES
- Complex diary management
- Prepare correspondence
- Assist with projects and events
- Managing and coordinating meetings
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Assisting with proposals and presentations
- Office management duties
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in providing EA support to senior management
- Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent organisational and administration skills and strong attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously, think strategically, show initiative and take ownership of ad-hoc projects
- A flexible approach to work and an ability to work under pressure
- Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
