ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced EA to support a senior Director within the education sector. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask whilst dealing with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. This EA will also play an integral part in contributing to the overall culture of the business.
  • Full time, 12-month contract 
  • Salary package $80,000 to $90,000 + Super
  • Sydney CBD location, close to public transport links
  • Immediate start for the right candidate
Key responsibilities;
  • Diary/email management, coordinating travel and administrative duties
  • Assist with high-level administration to the director and potentially other stakeholders when required 
  • Be a forward thinker and plan ahead, including; preparation of documentation, presentations, paperwork, taking minutes and preparing agendas for internal and external meetings
  • Producing presentations and reports of a general and confidential nature
  • Provide support on ad-hoc projects as required

ABOUT YOU
You are a professional individual who prides themselves on presentation and being one step ahead of the game. You have excellent attention to detail, a high level of personal and professional integrity and enjoy working with likeminded people within the education sector. 
  • Extensive experience gained as an Executive Assistant working directly for a Senior member of a Management team, desirable if the experience is within the Education and Government sectors
  • Strong administration abilities with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise competing deadlines with highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including an ability to engage with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions to achieve shared goals
  • Successful candidates must have full working rights in Australia
