Daily duties will include:
- End to end event planning, delivery and onsite event coordination of multiple events of scale a year including their largest conference in June
- Organisation and coordination of venue, speaker and sponsors
- Preparing and publishing event promotions, including EDMs and website content with support from the marketing team
- Expense management and working within budgets
- Event reporting and analysis
- Event security and on-site management
- Previous experience in managing events/conferences
- Self confidence and wonderful interpersonal skills
- Ability to set prioritizes and timelines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to 'hit the ground running'
