Job Description

Events Manager required for a leading membership organisation! Great opportunity within a professional sector, lower North Shore location. $30/35 per hr! Full time starting immediately 

Daily duties will include:
  • End to end event planning, delivery and onsite event coordination of multiple events of scale a year including their largest conference in June
  • Organisation and coordination of venue, speaker and sponsors
  • Preparing and publishing event promotions, including EDMs and website content with support from the marketing team
  • Expense management and working within budgets
  • Event reporting and analysis
  • Event security and on-site management
About you:
  • Previous experience in managing events/conferences
  • Self confidence and wonderful interpersonal skills
  • Ability to set prioritizes and timelines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to 'hit the ground running'
