Role Summary
The Supporter Services Executive – Donor Processing provides the main human interface with supporters, donors and fundraisers when they contact the organisation via our various communication channels. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Processing a high volume of donations received from multiple channels into CRM
  • Ensure all donors receive acknowledgment of their donation via a receipt
  • Advise internal stakeholders/relationship managers of any donations or interactions relating to their supporters
  • Ensure all correspondence received via the mail is addressed and updates on the CRM
  • Management of the Mail room to ensure all mail is opened and sorted
  • Responsibility for ensuring all regular giving tasks are completed and administered
  • Prepare regular giving welcome packs for all new regular giving supporters
  • Sending SMS to all supporters who have been unsuccessful in the payment run
  • Prepare weekly termination/downgrade report for internal stakeholders
  • Building rapport and having engaging conversation with supporters, donors and fundraisers over the telephone

  • Experienced or ability to manage high volume of data entry/processing/accounts processing
  • Good communication skills – written, verbal, and telephone manner
