Direct Marketing campaigns supporting retention team to execute marketing activities with the aim of driving 5 year supporter growth and retention plan.

Role Summary
The key purpose of this position is to work with the Direct Marketing team to implement marketing campaigns which generate income from the direct mail retention programs. You will work collaboratively with the DM team (and wider fundraising team) to increase revenue and support and supporting the wider marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
• End to end management of Direct Marketing campaigns, retention and growth
• Develop strong relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Working with the data team to select data for the campaigns and develop detailed post campaign analysis
• Develop and test a variety of existing and new donor nurturing activities/initiatives 
Skills & Attributes
• Minimum 2 years experience in a fundraising or direct marketing capacity (from agency or in-house)
• Essential skills in relationship development, strategic thinker, analytical ability, and project management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Good organisational and time-management skills 
• High level of attention to detail and quality
• Ability to plan and implement multiple programs
