The Organisation

Human Nature Adventure Therapy (Human Nature) is a non-profit organisation offering innovative, nature-based mental health interventions for young people across the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales.

Human Nature’s combination of professional intervention and physical adventure in nature gives young people an alternative and positive experience of mental health support, empowering them to navigate life’s challenges and avoid more extreme interventions down the track.

With a head office in Ballina, this small yet effective therapeutic team and operations team come together to deliver best practice services. They have an ambitious fundraising goal that will enable them to support more young people and continue this crucial work.

The Role

Reporting to the Engagement and Marketing Lead, the newly created role of Digital Campaign Coordinator will be key to developing and implementing the new individual and regular giving program.

In line with the fundraising strategy, you will play a critical role in expanding Human Nature’s fundraising income. You will focus on the creation and execution of digital direct marketing campaigns that deliver results, including the acquisition of new supporters and engaging and retaining existing ones. You will also be responsible for creating and regularly reviewing the donor journey.

Joining the Marketing and Engagement team, you will have a can-do attitude and have the drive and initiative to make this newly created role your own. You will be is happy to wear many hats, work autonomously and be an experienced project manager.
Responsibilities
  • Implement new donor direct marketing campaigns & activities
  • Support the development & implementation of a donor journey program
  • Deliver on end-to-end strategic digital marketing campaigns
  • Maintain & segment email database
  • Coordinate the production of all marketing collateral relating to campaigns
  • Conduct analysis to assess ongoing campaign performance, optimise activity & inform future strategy
  • Maintain fundraising best practices and compliance
Your Skills & Attributes
  • Demonstrated success in a similar fundraising role; building & managing campaigns in a non-profit environment
  • Experience in writing for donor engagement, ensuring attention to detail & commitment to quality
  • Project management experience; excellent organisational & problem-solving skills
  • Experience using an email marketing platform
  • Eager to learn and grow
  • Confident using data to inform campaign recommendations for changes & optimisations
